Hampton Inn Atlanta-Stockbridge

Wonderful Hampton Inn. Immaculately clean, with professional,friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was thoughtfully laid out with a variety of options. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for an extended period, and we must say, it was an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience. Despite ongoing renovations, the staff, especially the Housekeeping Manager Marisela, ensured that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Marisela goes above and beyond her duties—she is always attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. Marisela took the time to fix minor issues like the sink and refrigerator, making sure our stay was hassle-free. Additionally, her ability to translate for the construction crew was invaluable, helping facilitate clear communication during a busy renovation period. It's truly bittersweet to see Marisela move to another city; her dedication and warmth will be deeply missed. Her exceptional service and positive attitude made this stay memorable, and we are grateful for her efforts. As she prepares to move to another city, we want to wish her safe travels and the very best in her next chapter. She will be greatly missed by guests & staff but we are confident she’ll excel wherever she goes. Thank you, Marisela, for your exceptional service — you’ve made our stay truly special and set a new standard for hospitality!

5 stars for Marlo, she was the most friendly woman I have met in a long time. It was so kind of them to offer to go lunches for the men starting there for blue collar work. My one and only complaint was that the shower was dirty. I’d def stay here again.

It seems to be going through an update, but the people doing the plumbing, well, aren't doing a great job. The feed line from the toilet wasn't secured, and just punched through a rough cut hole in the wallpaper. My shower was leaking down the wall because the spout pipe wasn't tightened. I tightened it myself, but it still wasn't caulked, so it moved all around when the shower was on. The bathroom counter they installed is an odd choice. Its maybe half the depth of a traditional bathroom counter, so if you're a person who has a lot of bathroom things, you might be keeping them in your luggage. The shower door wasn't swt right, so it just randomly rolls open. The room door isn't aligned right, so the deadbolt hits the striker plate and can't lock. When they asked how my stay was going, I let them know about these things, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I just wanted them to know they might want to do a little quality control with their construction crew. So these issues might be remedied by now. Regarding the hotel staff, location, etc. that was all great, and what you'd expect from any Hilton property, and Id definitely stay there again

This hotel was incredibly helpful to my family and I when our transmission blew out. They went out of their way to help even before they knew we were going to stay with them. They let us check out late so that we had time to get another vehicle brought to us. Hotels vary a lot by location even if they have the same name, so I'm not sure about all Hampton Inn locations, but this location in Stockbridge Georgia was a great blessing to us. In addition, their rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend them and the entire staff!

Hotel was super clean. The staff from the night of check in and this morning (Margo) were so kind and showed us great customer service. Location is great off the highway and for dinner options at the end of the day. Thank you

This is the 2nd time that my sister & I have used this hotel (February 2025 to visit our brother that has cancer & July 2025 to visit our brother that has cancer & to attend our aunt’s funeral). I was not as impressed in February (our room looked dark & depressing). But, this past weekend, I was extremely impressed (room was bright & cheery)! We chose this hotel again because of the convenience to our brother & surrounding stores, free breakfast/parking as well as the ease of canceling, if needed. We will most certainly use this hotel again!

THE HOTEL IS VERY UPDATED AND LOOKS AMAZING. HOT AND COLD VARIETY 4 BREAKFAST. WAS DELICIOUS. THE HOTEL IS LOCATED NEAR BOTH I-75 AND I-675. ALSO CONVENIENT TO WALMART, KROGER AND PLENTY RESTAURANTS 2 CHOOSE FROM.
